Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the shopping experience Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an inviting environment Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and basic math calculations for transactions Upsell products by suggesting additional items or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries Support retail sales goals through effective communication skills and product knowledge Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization Engage customers with bilingual communication skills when applicable to serve a diverse clientele Qualifications Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations required Strong communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and retail math calculations Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory management preferred Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform retail sales transactions confidently Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and perform stocking duties as needed Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where every customer leaves satisfied!
