Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their food orders in a fast-paced environment. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately. Manage food service customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety standards throughout your shift. Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Support food preparation when needed, including basic food handling and operating kitchen equipment safely. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail sales transaction experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills. Food service experience with an understanding of food safety management and sanitation practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service. Basic math skills for processing payments and giving correct change. Experience in food preparation, serving, or operating kitchen equipment is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive guest interactions.
