Duties Greet customers warmly, take their food orders accurately, and provide excellent service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions smoothly Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change with basic math accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, food handling areas, and equipment regularly in compliance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and operating kitchen equipment Manage food service customer orders efficiently using POS systems while ensuring quick turnaround times Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong background in cashiering, retail sales transactions, and operating POS systems such as Aloha or Micros Culinary experience or food handling knowledge that supports food safety management practices Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy settings with multiple priorities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and maintaining sanitation standards in a food service setting Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and upselling products confidently Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
