What You'll Be Doing As a Cashier at FLAVORSHACK, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has a smooth and pleasant experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Accurately processing orders and handling payments. Answering customer questions about our menu and specials. Maintaining a clean and organized cashier station. Assisting team members during busy times to keep things running smoothly. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Strong communication and customer service skills. A knack for staying organized and calm under pressure. Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions. A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed. Expectations Arrive on time and in proper uniform. Maintain a positive, professional attitude. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Keep the front of house clean and organized. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Perform additional duties assigned by management to support daily restaurant operations. Initiative & Awareness Demonstrate initiative by staying productive without needing constant direction. Anticipate the needs of the restaurant and complete tasks during downtime. Assist with running food, gathering plates, cleaning the dining room, and supporting the team whenever possible.
