Duties Operate cash registers efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and integrity Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Manage cash handling duties including cash drawer balancing and ensuring secure cash register operations Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain clean, inviting store displays to enhance the shopping environment Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store offerings and increase sales opportunities Assist customers with retail store product knowledge, including explaining features and benefits of various items Maintain phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or providing information to customers over the phone Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring inventory levels are adequate Supervise or assist in supervising other team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations Perform regular safety checks around the station area, including fueling stations and equipment maintenance Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
