Responsibilities:

Receive and organize takeout orders from the kitchen. Carefully check each order against the customer's ticket. Make sure all food items are included and correct. Pack food in the appropriate containers and bags. Include all necessary items such as rice, sauces, soy sauce, utensils, napkins, and condiments. Check for any special customer requests or modifications. Make sure all containers are properly closed to prevent spills. Organize and label orders when necessary. Keep completed orders organized in the designated To-Go area. Verify the customer's name or order number before handing out the order. Confirm with the cashier or manager that the order has been paid before releasing it, when applicable. Maintain the To-Go area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Monitor supplies such as containers, bags, utensils, napkins, and sauces. Notify the manager when supplies are running low. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Communicate with the kitchen, cashier, servers, and management to resolve order issues. Work quickly and accurately during busy hours. Follow all restaurant food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures. Prevent unnecessary waste of food and packaging materials.
