What You'll Do Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with package and pricing options. Process payments, issue receipts, and accurately handle cash transactions. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including cashier stations and redemption counters. Ensure accurate cash drawer balances by counting cash at the beginning and end of shifts. Answer guest questions and provide information on policies, procedures, and park attractions. Assist in resolving guest concerns to ensure a positive experience. Basic Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days!). Must be able to handle money and provide correct change. Must have basic reading and mathematical skills. Must be comfortable using computers, cash registers, and credit card verification systems. Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and move in a fast-paced environment. Must have an outgoing, friendly personality with strong guest service skills. Must be well-groomed and maintain a neat appearance. Must be able to work under pressure with distractions and interruptions.
