This is for an overnight shift 10p-6a The cashier is responsible for completing sales transactions within the establishment and performing other support functions which may include cleaning the food, display, and/or stock areas and assisting with stocking activities. Cashiers are responsible for delivering fast and friendly service to our customers. Role and Responsibilities Timely and punctual on attendance Consistent high quality customer service Demonstrates and promotes teamwork Maintains personal grooming and appearance at all times Creates a safe environment for the store and customers Completes required paperwork accurately and timely per company standards Follow company guidelines and procedures Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time Maintain and promote a team environment at all times Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all team members Job Requirements Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must perform basic mathematics and count back change Must be able to stand up for at least an 8-hour shift Ability to work under pressure Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as work with phones, computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment
