TikTok Live — Head of Live Selling SKO Compounds is a DTC peptide brand on track for $10-12M in revenue in our first year. A large share of that happens live on TikTok — we stream 24/7, 365, with a rotating roster of hosts selling in real time. The role You own live selling. Today that means a live operation running around the clock; tomorrow it means a department you've built and a team you lead. This is a builder's seat with a founder-level scoreboard: every hour of every day has a host on camera, and every one of those hours has a revenue number attached to it. Your job is to make those numbers go up — by finding better hosts, coaching the ones you have, and building the systems that make good performance repeatable instead of accidental. You'll report directly to the founders. What we're looking for You've managed TikTok Live Streamers. You can coach talent You're comfortable owning a revenue number and reading the data behind it. You're organized enough to run a 24/7 schedule and a roster of people without it falling apart. What you'll own You will be handling the roster and scheduling You will be helping navigate the Tik Tok Live Landscape Coaching creators Track revenue by host and by time slot Looking for a data driven person with the ability to hire and coach tik tok live streamers to drive revenue. Must have management experience and experience with Tik Tok Shop and selling live.
