The Chief Revenue Officer will own the company's entire commercial engine: revenue strategy, customer acquisition, offtake and capacity contracting, pricing, and long-term account growth. This is a builder role. You will define the go-to-market strategy for nuclear-powered AI campuses, secure the anchor tenants that underwrite initial sites, and build the sales organization required to scale.
The center of gravity is data center capacity sales. Success in this role means securing signed, bankable capacity commitments, including leases, powered shell, build-to-suit, and power-plus-compute offtake agreements with hyperscalers and other large-scale consumers of AI infrastructure.
What You Will DoOwn the revenue number: Build and execute the commercial plan for capacity sales across the campus pipeline, from the first anchor tenant through multi-site expansion.
Land hyperscaler anchor tenants: Lead origination and negotiation with major hyperscalers, leveraging existing senior relationships to secure pre-leases and long-term capacity commitments that support project financing.
Diversify the client base: Develop and close demand from the full spectrum of data center customers, including neocloud and GPU cloud providers, AI labs and model developers, large enterprises, colocation and wholesale partners, and government or sovereign AI programs.
Structure bankable deals: Shape commercial constructs such as take-or-pay capacity agreements, powered land and powered shell arrangements, build-to-suit agreements, and energy offtake structures that satisfy customer requirements and lender/investor underwriting standards.
Align revenue with development: Work closely with site development, engineering, and power teams to ensure demand commitments, delivery timelines, and megawatt availability remain synchronized.
Build the commercial organization: Recruit and lead sales, solutions engineering, and commercial operations talent. Establish pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM rigor from day one.
Represent the company in the market: Serve as a senior commercial representative with customers, brokers, advisors, and industry stakeholders. Bring market intelligence back into product, pricing, and site-selection strategy.
What You Bring15+ years of commercial leadership in data centers, digital infrastructure, or hyperscale cloud, including experience in CRO, Chief Commercial Officer, SVP Sales, or EVP Sales roles at a data center developer, operator, or major cloud provider.
Proven track record closing large-scale data center transactions, including multi-hundred-megawatt leases, build-to-suit agreements, hyperscale pre-lease commitments, or comparable capacity transactions.
Deep, current relationships with capacity procurement, energy, and site-selection decision-makers at major hyperscalers, along with credibility across neoclouds, AI labs, and enterprise buyers.
Strong understanding of data center commercial and technical fundamentals, including power, MW capacity, PUE economics, cooling and density trends, land and interconnection, delivery schedules, SLAs, and lease versus offtake structures.
Experience structuring project-financeable transactions, including creditworthy counterparties, contract tenor, take-or-pay mechanics, and other commercial terms required for lender and investor underwriting.
Ability to sell differentiated, first-of-a-kind infrastructure: Translate nuclear power, liquid cooling, and vertical integration into compelling customer value propositions around speed to power, density, cost, reliability, and carbon reduction.
Builder mentality: Demonstrated success creating commercial teams, processes, and go-to-market infrastructure from an early-stage environment through rapid scale.
Executive presence: Comfortable representing the business with boards, investors, C-suite executives, customers, and strategic partners.
Nice to HaveExperience with energy offtake, PPA, or behind-the-meter power transactions.
Established relationships with data center brokers and advisors, including major commercial real estate and infrastructure advisory firms.
International commercial experience, particularly across Europe and the Middle East.
Familiarity with government and sovereign AI infrastructure procurement.
CompensationCompetitive executive compensation package including base salary, performance bonus tied to contracted revenue backlog, and significant equity participation.
