As an entry level sales rep you will be responsible for introducing AT&T promotions and educating homeowners on new technology, services, and product features.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners in a residential settings and identify how we can help
• Educate residents on the latest technology, products, and promotions
• Build rapport and provide solutions
• Close sales and upsell where appropriate
• Hit and exceed daily & weekly performance goals
• Build relationships with residents, communities, and other leadership

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Excellent student mentality
• Competitive drive
• Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented
• Experience selling wifi and mobility is highly encouraged but not required
• Ability to confidently engage residents quickly and effectively
• Must have their own personal and reliable transportation
• Must be 18+

Bonus:

• Sales, retail, door to door, or customer service experience
• Background in athletics, leadership, or team environments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Uncapped commissions and bonuses ($1,100
• $2,000+ per week)
