What You'll Do Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners. Introduce homeowners to our pest control services and identify their needs. Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers. Present service options and explain the value of protecting their home. Overcome objections and negotiate with confidence. Close pest control contracts and earn commissions on your sales. Track your prospects, customers, and sales activity. Work alongside other motivated sales representatives and learn from experienced leaders. Develop skills in sales, communication, negotiation, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
