Limited Openings Overview Alpine Roofing & Restoration is hiring field canvassers to generate roof inspection appointments in our established Braselton market. Your job is simple and specific: knock doors, talk to homeowners, and set qualified roof inspections. A Project Manager handles the roof, the claim, and the contract. You are not closing deals and you are not climbing roofs. This is the entry point into our sales organization. Canvassers who perform have a defined path into a Sales Representative seat. Compensation Performance-based. Paid every Friday. $50 per qualified inspection $75 when the homeowner enters an active claim $150 on approved claim or signed retail contract Weekly bonuses: 10 inspections = $100, 15 = $250, 20 = $500 Monthly bonuses: 40 inspections = $500, 60 = $1,000, 80+ = $2,000 What that looks like in practice, counting inspections only: 10 qualified inspections per week: approximately $2,900/month 15 qualified inspections per week: approximately $5,000/month 20 qualified inspections per week: approximately $8,000/month Claim and contract bonuses are paid on top of those numbers. There is no cap.

A qualified inspection means:

homeowner present, Project Manager physically inspects the roof, appointment documented in our CRM, and the appointment is not canceled or a no-show. We define this clearly up front so there is no confusion on payday. Responsibilities Door to door canvassing in storm-affected neighborhoods Setting roof inspection appointments with homeowners Entering leads and appointments into the CRM the same day Following up to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows Community outreach and referral generation Representing Alpine professionally in the field You will not run inspections, negotiate contracts, file claims, or make promises about insurance outcomes. Path to Sales Representative Canvassing is where our reps learn the market before they earn a territory. Perform at standard, learn the process, and you move into a Sales Rep seat where reps average $2,000 per deal. We promote from the field first. Training & Support Full onboarding and field training provided Shadow experienced Project Managers and Sales Managers before working independently Proven scripts, systems, and doors that have already been worked successfully Direct access to leadership You are stepping into a refined system, not starting from scratch.
