Afternoon availability required; flexible hours available About Signature Exteriors LLC Signature Exteriors LLC is growing our field sales team and looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join us as Roofing Canvassers / Field Sales Representatives . This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting people, and building their income based on their own performance. No previous roofing or sales experience is required. We provide the training and knowledge you need to succeed. What You'll Do As a Roofing Canvasser, your primary goal is to identify homeowners who may benefit from a professional roof evaluation and schedule a complimentary roof inspection with one of our certified roofing specialists.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting door-to-door sales and customer outreach Speaking with homeowners and explaining our free roof inspection service Identifying potential roofing concerns or storm-related damage Performing roof inspections when properly trained and equipped to do so Setting complimentary roof evaluations with a certified roofing specialist Maintaining accurate customer and appointment information Following company training, safety procedures, and sales standards Working independently while representing Signature Exteriors professionally Compensation & Earning Potential Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Starting compensation:

10% Commission percentage increases based on performance and production The more qualified opportunities you generate, the more you can earn Additional performance-based compensation may be available for team members who consistently produce results Extra pay opportunities are available for supervised jobs for high-performing representatives No fixed income ceiling — your earning potential is directly tied to your production This position is designed for people who want to build their income through performance rather than being limited by an hourly wage. Schedule Afternoon availability is required for this position because our best homeowner contact rates occur during afternoon and early evening hours. Beyond the required afternoon schedule, representatives have flexibility to work additional hours based on their goals and availability. Work more. Produce more. Earn more. We will train you on:

Door-to-door sales Customer communication Roofing fundamentals Identifying potential roof concerns Inspection procedures Appointment setting Handling objections Professional customer interaction Previous experience in sales, roofing, construction, canvassing, customer service, or door-to-door sales is a plus, but it is not required.
