Garcia Painting is hiring a part-time Door-to-Door Marketer with that mindset. What the Work Involves You'll walk local neighborhoods, introduce Garcia Painting to homeowners, and book qualified painting estimate appointments. Our sales team handles the estimates and closes the jobs.

Your responsibilities include:

Showing up on time and prepared for your scheduled shifts. Starting conversations and listening to homeowners' needs. Booking qualified appointments and recording accurate information. Tracking your activity and progress toward weekly goals. Practicing what you learn and applying feedback. How You're Paid $20/hour in base pay. $40 for each qualified appointment you book. An additional $30 when our sales team wins a job from your appointments. Peak performers have the potential to earn $40+/hour in total compensation when base pay and bonuses are combined What You Can Expect From Us Training on starting conversations, identifying interested homeowners, and booking appointments. Clear goals so you understand what success looks like. Coaching that gives you specific things to practice and improve. Part-time work during evenings and weekends. What You'll Need Customer service experience Reliable transportation to your assigned neighborhoods. Consistent availability during evenings and weekends. Willingness to work outdoors and approach homeowners. Dependability, openness to coaching, and honest reporting of your work. Experience in door to door, or marketing is helpful, but not required.
