$20.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses Position Overview This is a full-time, field-based lead generation role. You represent the brand by going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods across Greater Des Moines and engaging homeowners in conversation about window and door replacement services. This is not a sales position. There are no closing responsibilities, no pricing discussions, and no contract handling. The sales team manages the consultation and sale process after appointments are scheduled. What You'll Do Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations Introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services Generate interest in free in-home consultations Schedule appointments for the sales/design team Represent the brand professionally in the field Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone What We're Looking For Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual work ethic Ability to work independently in the field Ability to work full-time hours Schedule Full-time position Daytime and early evening hours Work conducted outdoors in residential neighborhoods Territory-based assignments across Greater Des Moines Physical Requirements Ability to walk and stand for long periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to travel within assigned territory Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
