This is a simple, active job: you'll spend your day driving through assigned areas, identifying vehicles with visible hail damage, and placing our informational flyers on qualified vehicles. No selling at the door. No cold calling. Your job is to find hail-damaged vehicles and get our information in front of the owners. Our sales team handles the customers when they contact us. What You Can Earn You'll receive: $500 guaranteed weekly base pay $200 for every customer you generate that closes 40 hours per week No cap on commissions The more qualified vehicles you find and the more flyers you put out, the more opportunities you create to earn.

For example:

3 closed customers in a week: $500 base + $600 commission = $1,100/week 5 closed customers in a week: $500 base + $1,000 commission = $1,500/week These are examples, not guaranteed earnings. Your commission depends on the number of customers you generate who ultimately close. What You'll Be Doing Your day is straightforward: Drive through assigned neighborhoods, parking lots, and local areas Identify vehicles with qualifying hail damage Place informational flyers on those vehicles Track your activity so customers can be credited back to you Work consistently throughout your assigned 40-hour schedule Learn how to quickly identify the types of vehicles we're looking for We'll show you what qualifying hail damage looks like and give you the information you need to get started.
