This is a full-time W-2 position starting at $17+ per hour , plus performance bonuses and employee benefits. What You'll Do Represent Brightside Windows throughout Kansas City-area communities Connect with homeowners and introduce our window solutions Generate interest and schedule free consultations Track daily activity and results Work toward individual and team goals Build valuable communication and sales skills This is an active, field-based role with plenty of face-to-face interaction.
