Part-Time Field Marketer - $20/hr + Bonuses AGM Roofing & Sheet Metal is a local, family-owned roofing company in Lenexa, KS, and we're looking for an outgoing, dependable person to help us grow our residential roofing business throughout the Kansas City area. This is not a roofing installation position and you do not need roofing experience. We're looking for someone who is comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations. What you'll do: Visit neighborhoods where AGM is currently working or has recently completed roofing projects Introduce AGM to homeowners Have short, friendly conversations about our roofing services Schedule appointments for homeowners who would like us to take a look at their roof Leave company information with interested homeowners Track doors knocked, conversations and appointments scheduled Represent AGM professionally in local neighborhoods You are NOT responsible for: Climbing on roofs Inspecting or diagnosing roof damage Preparing estimates Selling roofing contracts Handling insurance claims We handle all of that. Your job is to start the conversation and get us the appointment. Pay & Schedule $20/hour + performance bonuses $25 bonus for each completed inspection you generate $150 bonus when an appointment you generate turns into a sold reroof Part-time Primarily weekday afternoons/evenings Some Saturday availability Approximately 10-20 hours per week to start Who We're Looking For You don't need roofing experience. We're more interested in personality and work ethic. This could be a great fit for a college student or someone with experience in restaurants, retail, customer service, marketing, fundraising, promotions or sales. You should be comfortable walking up to a house, knocking on the door and talking to someone you've never met. We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, reliable and motivated by earning bonuses. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. About AGM AGM Roofing & Sheet Metal is a family-owned roofing and sheet metal contractor based in Lenexa, KS. We provide residential roof replacements and repairs, gutters and custom sheet metal services throughout the Kansas City area. We're growing our residential side and looking for someone who wants the opportunity to grow with us.
