Construction Experience Highly Preferred. Looking for individuals who are self motivated, sets their own schedules, and are driven to take their career to a higher level.

Responsibilities:

Disaster response,door knocking, and social media advertising.
Taking detailed photos, measurements, and details of jobs (Photos are taken on an app requiring a smart phone or tablet
Not required, but huge bonus, roof and crawlspace job sales.
Sending in estimates to the project manager for approval.
Closing the sale with the client This job is a commission based sales job.

1099 contractor position. Paperwork, apps, business cards, ect are provided by the company. Commission is 8% of net profit per job sold Other opportunities exist to earn income.

Required:

Professional work, smart phone with data, reliable transportation.
