Rivers Bend General Contracting is looking for a couple of sharp, personable canvassers to help grow our residential roofing business in the greater St. Louis area. You'll be knocking doors in target neighborhoods, talking directly with homeowners, and booking free roof inspections using our proven in-house script.

What You'll Do:

• Walk neighborhoods identifying visible roof issues (nail pops, moss/algae, wear, damage)
• Approach homeowners, introduce Rivers Bend Contracting, and pitch a free, no-obligation roof inspection
• Handle common objections using our script (Training provided)
• Collect contact info and schedule appointments for our inspection team
• Track daily leads and appointments set

What We're Looking For:

• Confident, friendly communicator, good at building quick rapport
• Prior door-to-door, sales, or canvassing experience preferred
• Roofing or construction background is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Comfortable being on your feet, outdoors, in the evenings/weekends
• Thick skin, you'll hear "no" a lot before you hear "yes"

Pay:

$20/hr base plus bonuses on booked and closed inspections.

Schedule:

Afternoons, evenings, and weekends (when homeowners are typically home).
