Duties Knock on doors of warm leads and set up appointments for a sales co​nsultant Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions confidently. Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM systems, tracking lead progress and updating client information accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies based on market insights and campaign data. Follow up with prospects via phone or email to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships. Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential new markets and customer segments. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles, preferably with technical or B2B sales background. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally and close deals effectively. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, including familiarity with Salesforce Cloud and sales automation tools. Experience with sales technology adoption, including call center platforms, sales automation technologies, and CRM system proficiency. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on client interaction and relationship building. Demonstrated ability to perform outbound calling campaigns with a high level of professionalism and persistence. Knowledge of customer service principles, marketing strategies, and consultative selling techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
