Final Touch Painting is looking for motivated, dependable, and coachable individuals to join our team as Neighborhood Marketing Representatives (Canvassers) . This is an active, field-based position where you'll visit residential neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, and help schedule free painting estimates for our sales team. You are not responsible for selling painting projects or closing deals. Your job is to start conversations, create interest, and schedule qualified appointments. Our neighborhood marketing team plays an important role in introducing our services to local homeowners and generating opportunities for our sales team. We value reliability, coachability, communication, accountability, and consistent performance . Previous canvassing or sales experience can be helpful, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment. What You'll Do Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners. Introduce Final Touch Painting and create awareness of our services. Schedule free painting estimates for interested homeowners. Start conversations and build rapport—you are not responsible for closing painting sales . Accurately collect and record homeowner information. Track appointments and daily activity using a mobile app. Place neighborhood marketing/yard signs when required. Follow assigned neighborhoods, schedules, and company processes. Consistently work toward individual and team appointment goals. Represent Final Touch Painting professionally in the community.

Compensation During training:

Approximately $500-$800 per week.

After training:

$800-$1,200+ per week is achievable for team members who consistently follow the process and meet performance expectations. Top performers may earn $1,500+ per week . Compensation includes base pay plus performance-based incentives/bonuses . Paid training is provided. Actual earnings will depend on hours worked, appointments generated, and individual performance. Required Schedule Candidates must be able to consistently work the established canvassing schedule:

Tuesday-Friday:

2:00 PM-7:30

PM Saturday:

10:00 AM-2:00 PM This is a consistent weekly schedule , not an occasional or choose-your-own-hours gig. Non-Negotiable Requirements To move forward, candidates must: Be available for the required Tuesday-Saturday schedule . Have reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned neighborhoods. Have a working smartphone capable of running the company's mobile application. Be comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door in residential neighborhoods . Be physically comfortable walking approximately 3+ miles per shift/day as required . Be comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners. Be dependable and able to consistently report to scheduled shifts. Be willing to receive coaching, feedback, and performance expectations. Be comfortable working independently while remaining accountable to the team. Be comfortable with the position's 1099 independent-contractor classification . $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Application Question(s): This position requires a consistent schedule of Tuesday through Friday, 2:00-7:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. Are you able to consistently commit to this full schedule every week? Do you have your own reliable transportation to travel to different assigned neighborhoods for every scheduled shift? This is a true door-to-door canvassing position. You'll approach homeowners at their homes and start conversations about free painting estimates. Are you comfortable doing that for several hours per shift? The role requires being outdoors and walking approximately 3+ miles per day. Are you able and comfortable performing that requirement?
