Job Description
We knock T-Mobile fiber in Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley, and the build is going in right now. Drive down the main roads and you'll see it. T-Mobile crews trenching, trucks out, construction running. New passes are coming online constantly, which means the turf keeps refilling instead of drying up on you. And there's no other fiber on your doors. Not "less fiber." None. Your only competitor out here is Spectrum cable, and cable loses to fiber on speed and on price at the same time. You are not walking into a fiber price war, you are not the fourth fiber rep on the block, and you are not explaining why your product costs more. You're showing people the obvious upgrade and getting out of the way. If you've ever knocked a market with three fiber companies in it, you already know exactly what that's worth. The doors are real and they're already built. Close to 30,000 homes across Youngstown and Warren are wired for T-Mobile fiber today. That's not a projection, that's serviceable right now, with a $230 million build still running through the valley and more releasing. Major builds are announced next door in Canton and the Cleveland suburbs on top of it. You knock this week and you get paid. Nobody's asking you to wait on a construction schedule to eat. Why we're the ones out here. We didn't talk our way into this market. We got brought in, because this area needed an agency that actually performs. Here's the thing most fiber shops won't say out loud. Roughly one out of every twenty people you talk to already knows what fiber is and already wants it. That's a free sale. It closes itself. So most agencies never bother training anybody. They hand you a shirt, point you at a street, and let you live off the free ones. That's why their reps plateau, and that's why their reps quit. We train. Real curriculum built from real door footage, real objection work, actual coaching from leadership. Not because we think you don't know how to knock, but because the money in this business is in the other nineteen doors, and nobody at your current shop is helping you get them. Our reps produce more than the market average. That's not a slogan, it's the reason we were given this turf. Turf protection here is real, not a promise. Every rep has their own dealer code. If someone outside the agency the turf is assigned to puts a sale through on our doors, it flags immediately. It gets seen. Once could be a family member. Twice and it's obvious they're knocking where they don't belong, and people get fired over it and agencies get called about it. Most ISPs tell you the turf is protected. This one enforces it at the system level. That's why your territory actually stays your territory. When you get a block, it's yours. No other RCLX rep on your doors, and we don't take it back to hand to the next guy. Who we're looking for. This one's for experienced door knockers. Fiber, solar, pest, alarms, roofing, anything commission and outside. If you've been in the industry and you know how to run a day, you're who we want. If you're knocking for another fiber company right now and the pay structure is mediocre and the turf is picked over, that's the conversation. Better stack, fresh passes, no fiber competitor on the street, and training that raises your close rate instead of leaving you to figure it out. We make exceptions for someone who's clearly an exceptional fit, but this is not a "we'll teach you door to door" post. The basics.
Job type:
1099 independent contractor, outside field sales
Pay:
straight commission, uncapped, paid bi-weekly. No base.
Location:
Youngstown, Warren, and the Mahoning Valley, OH. On the doors, not at a desk.
Schedule:
full time, daytime hours You're selling the T-Mobile name. People already know it and already trust it. The brand does half the work before you open your mouth. Out of every fiber product you could be knocking, this is the one homeowners already want. What you see when you log in at rclx.us. Your own numbers. Not a spreadsheet somebody updates when they feel like it. Your next check, the exact amount, and a countdown to the day it lands. You watch your pay build in real time. Every deal in your pipeline with its real T-Mobile install date: scheduled, waiting on T-Mobile, needs rebooking. Your product mix and your stats, pulled straight off the same pay sheet we actually pay from. Not a manager's memory. The setup is honest. Commission based and uncapped. Bi-weekly pay. 1099. No quota built to wash you out and no clawback maze. What you earn shows up in your portal, clear and current. Getting credentialed. Before you knock you get set up on the real T-Mobile systems: CLEAR identity verification (the same ID service used at airports), your own dealer code, and app based login security. That takes about a week. While it processes you're going through our online prep at fiberpitch.com so the week isn't wasted, and your first days out you're in the field with someone already running this market. During onboarding you work directly with leadership, not a group chat. Room to build. The valley is a lot of ground and the build is still going in. Get in now and there's a path to claiming more turf and building a crew under you as this market grows. Requirements. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license 18 or older, able to pass ID verification (required by T-Mobile) Comfortable on your feet outdoors all day Prior D2D or commission sales experience strongly preferred Work ethic. You set your own pace and your pay follows it. What happens after you apply. We move fast. Apply, answer the few screening questions, and someone from RCLX reaches out for a quick intro call. Plan on about a week to get onboarded and credentialed. Then you're knocking. RCLX is an independent recruiting and sales agency for the T-Mobile fiber channel. We are not owned by or affiliated with T-Mobile or Deutsche Telekom, but the product, the systems, and the credentialing are all real T-Mobile. Want to see it before you apply? It's all real at rclx.us.
Pay:
$1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): How many years of door to door or outside commission sales experience do you have? (Number) Which of these have you sold door to door? (Multiple choice, allow multiple: Fiber or internet / Solar / Pest control / Alarms or security / Roofing / Other outside commission sales / None yet) Credentialing takes about a week. How soon could you start onboarding? (Date, or multiple choice: Immediately / Within 2 weeks / Within a month / Just exploring) Pitch me. Why should I hand you turf instead of the next guy who applies? Two or three sentences, in your own words.
