Job Description
We knock T-Mobile fiber in Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley, and the build is going in right now. Drive down the main roads and you'll see it. T-Mobile crews trenching, trucks out, construction running. New passes are coming online constantly, which means the turf keeps refilling instead of drying up on you. And there's no other fiber on your doors. Not "less fiber." None. Your only competitor out here is Spectrum cable, and cable loses to fiber on speed and on price at the same time. You are not walking into a fiber price war, you are not the fourth fiber rep on the block, and you are not explaining why your product costs more. You're showing people the obvious upgrade and getting out of the way. If you've ever knocked a market with three fiber companies in it, you already know exactly what that's worth. The doors are real and they're already built. Close to 30,000 homes across Youngstown and Warren are wired for T-Mobile fiber today. That's not a projection, that's serviceable right now, with a $230 million build still running through the valley and more releasing. Major builds are announced next door in Canton and the Cleveland suburbs on top of it. You knock this week and you get paid. Nobody's asking you to wait on a construction schedule to eat. Why we're the ones out here. We didn't talk our way into this market. We got brought in, because this area needed an agency that actually performs. Here's the thing most fiber shops won't say out loud. Roughly one out of every twenty people you talk to already knows what fiber is and already wants it. That's a free sale. It closes itself. So most agencies never bother training anybody. They hand you a shirt, point you at a street, and let you live off the free ones. That's why their reps plateau, and that's why their reps quit. We train. Real curriculum built from real door footage, real objection work, actual coaching from leadership. Not because we think you don't know how to knock, but because the money in this business is in the other nineteen doors, and nobody at your current shop is helping you get them. Our reps produce more than the market average. That's not a slogan, it's the reason we were given this turf. Turf protection here is real, not a promise. Every rep has their own dealer code. If someone outside the agency the turf is assigned to puts a sale through on our doors, it flags immediately. It gets seen. Once could be a family member. Twice and it's obvious they're knocking where they don't belong, and people get fired over it and agencies get called about it. Most ISPs tell you the turf is protected. This one enforces it at the system level. That's why your territory actually stays your territory. When you get a block, it's yours. No other RCLX rep on your doors, and we don't take it back to hand to the next guy. Who we're looking for. This one's for experienced door knockers. Fiber, solar, pest, alarms, roofing, anything commission and outside. If you've been in the industry and you know how to run a day, you're who we want. If you're knocking for another fiber company right now and the pay structure is mediocre and the turf is picked over, that's the conversation. Better stack, fresh passes, no fiber competitor on the street, and training that raises your close rate instead of leaving you to figure it out. We make exceptions for someone who's clearly an exceptional fit, but this is not a "we'll teach you door to door" post. The basics.
