Southern California | Entry Level | Training Provided We are expanding a new residential energy program throughout Southern California and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing field team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop valuable communication and sales skills, and is looking for an environment where performance and advancement are recognized. No previous energy or sales experience is required. Full product and field training is provided. What You'll Do As an Energy Customer Representative, you will work directly with residential customers in designated Southern California territories.

Responsibilities include:

Introducing customers to available natural gas service options Educating homeowners and residents about the program Answering basic questions regarding enrollment and service Assisting qualified customers through the enrollment process Representing the program professionally in assigned communities Maintaining accurate customer and enrollment information Participating in ongoing product and field training What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Comfortable speaking with new people Positive, professional, and coachable Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable and able to work independently Interested in developing communication, customer service, and sales skills Excited about joining a growing program in a newly expanding Southern California market No experience necessary. Candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, restaurants, automotive, wireless, home services, canvassing, and other people-oriented backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Training & Development New representatives receive structured training covering: Energy industry basics Product and program knowledge Customer communication Enrollment procedures Field systems and technology Compliance and quality standards Professional sales development Ongoing coaching and leadership development are available for representatives interested in taking on additional responsibility as the market expands. Compensation & Incentives This is a performance-based sales opportunity with compensation tied to completed customer enrollments. Representatives may also qualify for additional performance incentives and advancement opportunities based on production and leadership responsibilities.
