In this customer-facing role, you will visit residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, introduce our holiday lighting services, and generate qualified estimate appointments for our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, motivated, comfortable talking to new people, and interested in earning additional income through hourly pay, bonuses, and commission during the holiday season. No lighting installation experience is required. Duties Visit assigned residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners Introduce Westbridge Lighting Co. and explain our professional holiday lighting services Identify interested homeowners and schedule qualified estimates Show potential customers examples of our lighting installations and service options Collect accurate customer contact and project information Follow a simple sales script while keeping conversations natural and professional Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups using a smartphone or tablet Represent Westbridge in a friendly, professional, and trustworthy manner Work independently while meeting daily activity and appointment goals Communicate with the sales and installation team regarding potential customers Requirements Strong communication and people skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners face-to-face Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable walking residential neighborhoods for several hours Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for lead tracking Must be comfortable working outdoors Sales, customer service, canvassing, hospitality, landscaping, solar, roofing, pest control, or home-service experience is helpful but not required Must be at least 18 years old Compensation Competitive hourly base pay Bonuses for qualified appointments Commission opportunities on completed jobs generated Additional performance incentives may be available This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and being rewarded for strong performance.
