SOLITO is hiring Entry-Level Energy Sales Representatives for our Southern California energy sales campaign. No previous gas, energy, or solar sales experience is required. We're looking for people who are driven, coachable, competitive, and ready to work. Earn $500-$1,000+ on Strong Production Days Our Southern California energy campaign is designed to be straightforward, fast-paced, and production-driven. Representatives speak with qualified customers, explain the available energy program, and complete the enrollment process. When a customer is qualified and ready to move forward, the enrollment can typically take approximately 3-5 minutes . This gives productive representatives the opportunity to speak with a high volume of customers throughout the day. Depending on location, customer traffic, customer qualifications, and individual performance, representatives may have the opportunity to complete approximately 2-5 enrollments per hour . Some high-producing representatives have reported completing 10-15+ enrollments per day , with potential earnings of approximately $500-$1,000+ on strong production days. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. Actual results vary based on individual performance, location, customer traffic, customer qualifications, and production. More Opportunity Through Referrals Your primary focus is energy sales , but the relationships you build can create additional opportunities. If a customer has a need for solar, roofing, or whole-home water filtration , you can refer that opportunity through SOLITO. When an eligible referral results in a sale, you may receive additional compensation through the applicable referral program. You don't have to sell five different products. Start with energy, build relationships, identify additional needs, and create opportunities.
