The Nevada Energy Workforce Accelerator (NEWA) provides eligible Nevada residents with tuition-free training for careers in energy efficiency, weatherization, building science, HVAC-related work, energy auditing, and other growing energy fields. You do NOT need previous energy-industry experience. If you've worked in construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, mechanical work, hospitality, customer service, sales, warehousing, or another field, you may already have transferable skills we can help you build upon.
