Abbott Laboratories seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist, Electrophysiology to support adoption of EP technologies across hospitals and cardiac centers. This role partners with physicians, nurses, and lab staff to provide in-lab case support, product demonstrations, and clinical education on Abbott EP solutions. You will drive territory growth by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent post-implant support. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver evidence-based training, gather clinical feedback, and help optimize workflow, while representing Abbott's mission to improve patient outcomes worldwide. Responsibilities Support electrophysiology procedures with in-lab clinical and product expertise Drive adoption of Abbott EP technologies within assigned territory Provide training and education to physicians, nurses, and EP lab staff Plan and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed targets Conduct product demonstrations and in-services for clinical teams Collect and communicate clinical feedback to marketing and R D teams Ensure post-procedure follow-up and technical support for accounts Maintain accurate CRM records and territory activity reports Collaborate with cross-functional sales, clinical, and marketing teams Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and ethical standards Required Skills Electrophysiology procedures knowledge Cardiology clinical expertise Medical device sales EP lab case support CRM and sales pipeline management Territory management Clinical training and education Regulatory and compliance knowledge Data-driven sales analysis Stakeholder relationship building
