We have thousands of patients currently on service in Southern California for our various service lines: home health; hospice; caregiving; mobile pharmacy; and remote patient monitoring. The goal of this position is to drive the growth of our brand, in particular, our hospice services line . (That said, opportunities business developers offer our other service lines too lead to incentives.)

JOB SUMMARY

In person sales, phone calls and in person meetings are often daily requirements of this sales position. The ideal candidate will have a book of business to draw from. Salaries are uncapped, with our current crop of our best business developers the highest earners at our agency. Due to HB1280, we have a Clinical Care Coordination team that supports all admits on behalf for our business developers.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent speaking and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
