This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for an established professional who understands the home health market, already has meaningful referral relationships, and knows how to develop those relationships into sustainable business. What We're Looking For 5+ years of successful home health business-development experience Established healthcare referral network required Proven history of generating qualified referrals and admissions Existing relationships with physicians, medical groups, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, clinics, ALFs, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare organizations Experience developing Medicare and managed-care business Strong understanding of home health services and appropriate referral opportunities Ability to independently develop and manage a territory Professional, polished communication and excellent follow-through Ability to demonstrate and discuss previous production and territory growth What You'll Do Develop and expand healthcare referral relationships Generate consistent, qualified home health referrals Open new accounts and grow existing referral sources Conduct strategic physician, hospital, facility and medical-group visits Build and manage an active referral pipeline Follow referrals through Intake and admission and help resolve barriers Develop Medicare and managed-care opportunities Provide leadership with market and competitor intelligence Maintain clear reporting of activity, opportunities, referrals, admissions and follow-up Why Optimal Care First?
