Role:

Americade Home Health Agency is looking for a driven and passionate Home Health Client Acquisition Speacialist (marketer) professional to join our growing team in Westminster, CA. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and discharge planners Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the home health market Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals and community organizations Serve as a liaison between referral sources and the clinical/operations team to ensure seamless patient intake Track and analyze referral data, sales metrics, and territory growth to meet targets Represent Americade at community events, health fairs, and networking functions Educate referral partners on home health services, Medicare/Medicaid eligibility, and agency capabilities

Requirements:

Prior experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare sales/business development strongly preferred Established relationships with referral sources such as physicians, case managers, or social workers is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory Knowledge of Medicare-certified home health regulations and services Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Multiligual in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus
