Join our dynamic team as a Medical Sales Executive where you will play a crucial role in driving sales within the Plastic and Cosmetic industry. Your product is a long standing cutting edge technology used in the Plastic Surgery industry. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the Plastic/Cosmetic sector.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Demonstrate technical sales expertise to effectively promote our medical products.
- Take a leadership role in account management and ensure customer retention.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Plastic/Cosmetic sales with verifiable sales results.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends.
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of office procedures and CRM software.
- Excellent leadership skills to drive sales initiatives.
- Previous experience in account management is a plus.
