Responsibilities:

An enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Prospect for new customers through lead generation, cold calling. Negotiate and close sales deals. Regular follow up on referrals and new leads. Build rapport with potential customers, and recommend our products. Process incoming orders with accurate customer information by entering data to our database. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. Deliver prompt professional customer service. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and our company's product offerings. Maintain a positive and professional team environment.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of 1 year working experience preferred in the pharmaceutical, compounding pharmacy, food, or cosmetic, or nutraceutical industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to speak clearly.
• Ability to multi-task while receiving inbound calls
• Proficient with computer application skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience navigating CRM
• Able to work effectively in a friendly team environment
• Highly organized and detail oriented and ability to record relevant information correctly and completely.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task

Education:

A minimum Associate Degree from university (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Biology, etc. an asset) Able to commute to the location and must be highly reliable and able to work schedule consistently Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key. Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Must have excellent interpersonal, sales and marketing skills Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information. We are interested in hiring self-motivated sales and marketing personals for immediate openings. It is a full time position with hourly pay. Candidate must have previous sales experience, preferably inside phone sales and closing skills. You will be working with a group of professionals that will help to improve your career.
