SALES SPECIALIST

Vascular Institute of the Pines | Pinehurst, NC Do you love people, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, and helping others feel confident? Are you naturally outgoing, motivated, persuasive, and excited by the opportunity to build something? We are looking for a motivated Aesthetic & Wellness Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our non-invasive aesthetic and wellness services. You'll be representing an incredible portfolio of technologies, including:

EMSCULPT NEO

• body contouring, muscle building & fat reduction EMFACE
• non-invasive facial toning & rejuvenation EMSELLA
• pelvic floor wellness EXOMIND
• mental wellness EXION
• skin rejuvenation, tightening & contouring Laser Hair Removal What you'll do: Consult with prospective and existing patients about our aesthetic & wellness services Turn consultations into treatment packages and memberships Follow up with leads and past patients Build relationships with patients and create an exceptional experience Help develop promotions, events and community outreach Generate new business through networking and creative marketing Track leads, conversions and sales Work closely with our medical team to ensure patients are appropriately educated and cared for Help us grow this exciting side of our practice!

We're looking for someone who is: Warm, personable and genuinely enjoys people Highly motivated and sales-driven An excellent communicator who isn't afraid to ask for the sale Comfortable with social media and creating excitement around services Organized and accountable Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, fitness and wellness Competitive and goal-oriented Professional, trustworthy and team-oriented Previous medical aesthetics, med-spa, fitness, hospitality, pharmaceutical or medical sales experience is a plus—but we're more interested in finding the RIGHT personality and sales ability.
