Join the Team at Knockout Fitness! | 4722 E Ray Rd, Phoenix, AZ | We're bringing a new boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai fitness experience to Ahwatukee, and we're looking for a motivated Manager in Training (MIT) to grow with us. This isn't your typical gym front-desk job. We're looking for someone who is passionate about combat sports, great with people, comfortable selling, and hungry to grow. You'll work alongside the General Manager and learn the ins and outs of running a successful fitness business—from membership sales and lead follow-up to B2B outreach, customer experience, community building, and daily gym operations. What You'll Do Drive membership sales and follow up with leads. Conduct tours and confidently present our programs and memberships. Build relationships with members and prospective members. Help develop B2B partnerships with local businesses and organizations. Support local events, networking, and community outreach. Assist with daily gym operations, opening/closing, and member experience. Support staff and trainers while developing your leadership skills. Help maintain a clean, energetic, and welcoming gym environment. Work toward taking on increased management responsibilities as the business grows. What We're Looking For Passion for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and fitness. Sales experience—fitness or membership sales is a plus. B2B sales, networking, or business development experience is highly preferred. Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people. Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented. Reliable, professional, and willing to take initiative. Leadership or management experience is a plus. Weekend availability is required.
