If so, we want YOU to be the face of our gym as a Membership Sales Advisor!
What We Are Looking For:
We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. The second part of the position is outside marketing and driving leads into the club.
What your day looks like:
- Generate leads both inside and outside of the club (~15-25 per day)
- Call prospective members, lead tours, and discuss membership options. (~45-75 calls per day/ ~6-8 tours per day)
- Enroll new members.
(~2-5 new enrollments per day)
Requirements:

Pay Range:
[CA]: [$19.61 hourly], plus net commissions, which realistically range from $250 to $1,000 per month, plus bonus Bonus opportunities
