Rancho Palos Verdes Requirements:

• Maintain close and responsive working relationship with members and all staff.
• Manage taking in funds for group workouts, private lessons and junior programs.
• Process credit card, cash and check transactions.
• Good phone communication by answering phones and the use of proper vocabulary to better assist clients in the programs we offer for both adults and juniors.
• Coordinate court usage in accordance with members/club rules and regulations.
• Good organization skills and cleanliness
• Maintain accurate accountability and strict security for all funds involving the club operation.

Required Skills To serve as a cordial ambassador and host to members and guests of the Peninsula Racquet Club High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multi task Be responsible for the on-going business operation of the club during an assigned shift, including monitoring of the services contracted for by the club management. Proficient on Google Docs/Word, Google Sheets/Excel etc... Technologically literate Good communicator and problem solver Teamwork/Team Player Customer Service Reliability, Honesty and Trustworthy

• About 3/4 shifts a week starting out but could be more in the future
• Looking for mornings and afternoons & willing to work weekends!
