Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities + bonus pay plan We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Fitness Sales Counselor to join our team. This position is focused on growing our fitness business by generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospective members into new memberships. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by achieving sales goals. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective members, following up with leads, engaging current members for referrals and additional opportunities, and building relationships within the local community to help grow our membership base. This role is more than just selling memberships—we are looking for someone who can create genuine connections, identify opportunities, and represent our fitness business professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective members and leads Generate new leads and sales opportunities Follow up consistently with prospective and current members Sell gym memberships and communicate membership benefits Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients Generate referrals through existing members and community connections Develop local business relationships and partnerships Schedule appointments, tours, and membership consultations Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track follow-ups Work toward individual and team membership sales goals Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process We are looking for someone who is energetic, personable, competitive, dependable, and goal-oriented. Previous sales or fitness industry experience is a plus, but strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed are equally important.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
