The Role:

You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals to strategically drive membership sales, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall growth of our fitness community.

What Your Day Looks Like:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive membership growth Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performance sales team Analyze market trends and implement innovative sales strategies Foster strong relationships with current and potential members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience

Requirements:

Proven track record in membership sales, with experience in a leadership role Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets Passion for the health and wellness industry Ability to work nights and weekends Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day

Pay Range:

[Tier 2 MD]: [greater of $15.00 per hour or $3 over the current minimum wage for your club location], plus net commissions, which realistically range from $900 to $2,000 per month. [Tier 1 MD]: [greater of $12.00 per hour or $1.50 over the current minimum wage for your club location], plus net commissions, which realistically range from $750 to $1,750 per month.
