What You'll Do as A Member Services Officer I Provide exceptional service to members and potential members regarding deposit accounts and related financial products. Identify members' needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Resolve member concerns independently within authority limits and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate member records through data entry and documentation. Balance daily transactions and maintain vault records. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to record retention. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support the credit union's mission and values. Assist with additional duties as needed to support team operations.
