OVERVIEW

The Club Support Associate is responsible for supporting and maintaining club operations by ensuring the facility is clean, organized, safe, and always ready for members. This role proactively supports the member experience both on and off the court and assists with various club operational tasks and procedures. Club Support Associates should learn and address members by name to create a welcoming atmosphere and always strive to anticipate needs before they arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with members throughout the club in a friendly and professional manner to communicate club updates, current promotions, and upcoming events.
• Recognize and anticipate member needs to provide exceptional, proactive service.
• Ensure court player rotation and paddle stacking policies are followed at all times.
• Maintain consistent circulation of court cart amenities throughout the club to support member and guest needs.
• Answer all member questions or connect them with the appropriate team member or manager.
• Maintain clean, organized, and member-ready courts, common areas, and restrooms.
• Ensure scheduled cleaning and court maintenance tasks are completed to company standards throughout each shift.
• Perform regular facility walkthroughs to identify and address all cleanliness, safety, or maintenance concerns.
• Report all equipment issues or facility repairs promptly to club management.
• Work collaboratively with all club personnel to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Supports overall club operations by assisting with various roles and responsibilities as needed, including during high-volume periods and special events.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Take pride in upholding company standards.
• Strong adherence to club policies and procedures.
• Ability to exercise discretion, emotional intelligence, and good judgment when addressing conflicts or unexpected situations.
• Comfortable using computers and technology is a plus.
• Previous guest service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
