The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Advisor to grow and support our member community. In this on-site role, you'll drive new memberships through tours, prospecting, and follow-up while delivering exceptional front-desk and service support. You'll guide prospects through offerings, explain pricing and promotions, and ensure accurate processing of agreements and payments. Deliver high-energy, professional service to all current and prospective members. Conduct club tours highlighting equipment, classes, and amenities. Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries and schedule appointments. Accurately process memberships, agreements, and payments in club systems. Maintain a clean, welcoming front-desk and entry experience. Track leads, follow up consistently, and update CRM/sales reports. Partner with trainers and staff to promote programs and events. Support retention efforts by addressing member concerns promptly. Represent The Edge brand and uphold all policies and procedures.
