Ability to work both mid-shifts and closing shifts. Roughly 2-4x a week. Strong upbeat attitude with an emphasis on communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell memberships, supplements, and retail products. Comfortable handling transactions, managing memberships, and answering inquiries. Passion for fitness and willingness to learn about gym services and retail products. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or gym management software a plus. Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Assist with membership sales, general inquires about the facility & provide tours.
• Promote and sell supplements, retail products, and gym services to increase revenue.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate membership and sales records.
• Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and aligned with cleanliness standards.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about gym services and promotions.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting gym programs and upcoming events.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall member experience.

Summary Being placed at the front desk means that you are the face of Bucked Up Fitness, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your role involves handling check-ins, managing memberships, promoting sales, and ensuring a clean and organized front desk area. You will play a key role in driving revenue through retail and supplement sales while delivering excellent customer service to all members and guests.
