Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Membership Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth through sales and business development efforts.

Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify potential members and develop strategies to attract them.
• Negotiate membership terms and agreements with prospective clients.
• Manage accounts and provide excellent customer service to existing members.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and member interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve membership targets.
• Communicate effectively with members, both in English and Spanish if possible.

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce to manage customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes is advantageous.
