Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Membership Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth through sales and business development efforts.Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential members and develop strategies to attract them.
- Negotiate membership terms and agreements with prospective clients.
- Manage accounts and provide excellent customer service to existing members.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and member interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve membership targets.
- Communicate effectively with members, both in English and Spanish if possible.
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce to manage customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is advantageous.
