You'll be one of the first and last people our members see each visit, helping create and nurture our Hub community where people know that they matter.

Member Services:

We are looking for a diligent, coachable and highly motivated individual who has the passion and experience for customer service. Candidates will have an opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses through what we call Merit Based Pay. This position will be part-time for now, but additional opportunities may be available in the future. What you'll do: Welcome members and guests with warmth and enthusiasm. Learn members' names and help them feel like they belong. Give tours to prospective members and confidently explain what makes The Hub special. Help people find the membership option that best fits their goals and comfortably guide them through joining. Answer questions and provide excellent customer service. Keep the front desk clean, organized, and running smoothly. Assist with memberships, retail, and daily operations including some cleaning duties. Support our team in creating an encouraging, positive environment. We're looking for someone who: Loves connecting with people. Is comfortable starting conversations with new people. Can confidently recommend memberships without being pushy. Is dependable and follows through. Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do. Communicates well and enjoys working on a team. Has a positive attitude and enjoys serving others. Wants to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Part-time position:

We currently have the potential for two openings, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
