AAA Mid States is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative for our Bedford, PA office. Responsibilities/Duties Help members maximize the value of their AAA membership by assisting with plan and benefit questions, membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance Fulfilling member requests related to planning road trips, driving directions, TripTiks and maps Assist members with hotel, car rental, and airline reservations for upcoming travel Recommend additional AAA services and products to enhance the member experience Provide basic notary, PennDOT license and title services Cashiering duties include the balancing of cash drawer Additional member service functions as necessary Required Skills & Experience A passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service At least one year of customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required Ability to pass a criminal background check for notary eligibility What AAA Mid States Offers Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, 401(k) with Employer Contribution, and more AAA Mid States is an
