The Member Service Representative Role The Member Service Representative (MSR) is the face and voice of Crunch Fitness! Positioned right at the front desk, you are the first point of contact for every member and guest who walks through our doors. Responsible for setting a positive, high-energy tone, providing exceptional customer service, supporting membership check-ins, and keeping the club looking pristine, you are essential to creating an unforgettable member experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Basics:

High school diploma or GED in progress/completed preferred. Minimum age of 18. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Customer Service Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk roles is a plus, but a great attitude and passion for fitness matter most!

Basic Tech Skills:

Comfortable using computer systems, answering phone calls, and learning club management software.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
