The AT&T Team Member connects with customers in person, presents options without the usual confusion, and helps them get set up with an internet that works As a AT&T Team Member, you have the enviable job of telling customers their internet could be dramatically better, then proving it with AT&T Fiber. The AT&T Team Member will then greet our customers in person, answer their questions, and guide them toward a connection that does not quit when everyone jumps online at once. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member Meet customers in person to discuss how AT&T Fiber can meaningfully enhance everyday home connectivity while providing attentive service. Assist our customers in person in finding AT&T Fiber plans that carefully match their household needs with a true customer-first approach. Contribute meaningfully to in-person sales performance by offering thoughtful sales recommendations during personal service interactions. Provide clear, reassuring sales explanations of AT&T Fiber's benefits to build lasting customer confidence and trust. Promote special AT&T Fiber offers that deliver strong value while keeping the focus on excellent service. Support customers as they explore and select AT&T Fiber services with patience, care, and helpful guidance. Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications is a plus. Patience and persistence in resolving complex inquiries. Team‑oriented approach that supports overall sales and service goals. Confidence in delivering clear sales explanations of AT&T Fiber benefits.
