This is a great part-time opportunity to join a brand-new, locally and veteran-owned club and be part of a founding team. This role reports directly to the Club Manager. Responsibilities Member Check-In- Greet members warmly and check them in using our club management system. Tours & Sign-Ups
- Welcome prospective members, give club tours, and support the sign-up process. Member Service
- Answer questions and handle basic member inquiries in a friendly, professional manner. Facility Upkeep
- Keep the entire club, including the front desk, lobby, floor, bathrooms, offices, studio, recovery rooms, and entryways, clean, organized, and welcoming. Content Support
- Occasionally help capture photos or short videos of the club and members (with consent) to support the club's social media presence. Administrative Support
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
Local Community Outreach & Sponsor Events:
Support setup, and customer engagement at local and Snap Fitness sponsored events. Schedule & Club Details This is a 24/7 club. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. Our club operates cashless, all transactions are handled electronically. Requirements A positive, welcoming attitude. Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable using customer relationship management software and point-of-sale systems. Strong communication skills. Preferred / A Plus Previous fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required, just a genuine interest in people. Previous customer service experience. Comfortable helping create or appear in social media content is a plus.Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$13.00- 16.
